In this week’s MarTech Moment, we are featuring ChatFactory, a generative AI-powered buying agent by PathFactory designed to improve B2B customer engagement by making content and interactions more personalized and efficient.

It provides businesses with tools to offer real-time, self-serve experiences to buyers, answering their questions, recommending relevant content, and guiding them through their purchasing journey through an easy-to-use AI bot. It even saves the content the visitor is interested in to a personalized micro-site that they can return to at a later time.

Who should use ChatFactory?

The target audience for ChatFactory includes B2B marketers who aim to increase marketing performance, buyer engagement, and sales effectiveness by leveraging AI-powered generative buying agents for personalized content experiences and self-service buying journeys.

We use ChatFactory within our sales enablement tracks so that our prospects have a quick self-service way to ask questions about Heinz Marketing as they read through our content. Our sales team can then see what questions they’re asking so that we can assess if there are gaps in the information we provide, or if it needs to be positioned in a better way.

Getting Started

Set up is seamless thanks to PathFactory’s customer success team. They walked us through curating a collection of assets to both train the AI, as well as assets we wanted on the list for the tool to recommend to people as they built their content libraries. We also provided answers to commonly asked questions to train it on responses.

We then configured the layout, built our landing page and form, and adjusted the look and feel with customer colors, text, images and icons to align with our branding.

From there, we grilled it with prompts to gauge its accuracy, and made tweaks from there to get it just right before launching it for our visitors.
