As COO, Maria is the driving force behind client service delivery and customer experience. She wears many hats; also overseeing the company’s growth initiatives and business operations. She leads our team of talented Engagement Managers and Consultants with empathy, integrity, and a true desire to see them grow personally and professionally. With over 20 years of experience, she has overseen programs, strategies and tactics touching every part of a company’s growth — and led client teams through organizational and operational changes always focused on the client’s business objectives.
